This is one of my favorite trips every year. A nice hotel stay including a dip in the pool, a good hardy breakfast and then a day on the trails with three of the greatest people I know. It doesn't get much better than that.
We have discussed doing a fall biking trip as well... I'm rather fond of the idea...
